Meet The Team
Fiona started dancing at the age of 8 doing Cecchetti Ballet, then soon took up ISTD Modern, Tap, Ballet and Jazz and later took up ISTD Ballet.
At 18 Fiona moved to London for 3 years where she studied dance and musical theatre at The Centre PAC. She also studied and gained her DDI and DDE teaching qualifications whilst there. She always knew teaching was her aim and after some teaching experience in both London and Devon she decided to venture out on her own.
At the age of 23 back in 2012 Fiona opened Fiona’s Fancy Feet, starting with no pupils at all.
The school has steadily grown even while Fiona had two children. Fiona had her daughter Maisy in 2015 and had her son George in 2017. The school continued to run despite Fiona’s absence with the support of wonderful teachers and parents.
